I really appreciate the support via recipes and videos on how to get the most out of my new YS640S. Having the recipes linked to the sauces, rubs and brines is a fantastic system and having Chef Tom show you how to prepare them on the same smoker is invaluable. Thanks for all the great recipes I have tried so far!
