I have purchased numerous items from ATBBQ and they have always lived up to their side of things. My recent purchase was a Kamado Joe Kettle Joe. When it arrived, it was damaged during shipping (not ATBBQ's fault). Customer service was unbelievable. Had a new unit in just a couple days and the other one was picked up by the shipper. I do virtually all my BBQ shopping at ATBBQ!
