I honestly buy because of Chef Tom. He's great, and your YouTube videos are awesome. Now, I know there's a larger team behind just him, but it works. Your video production quality is top notch. And the food you make is great, I've made many meals based on your videos. Your website is the first place I go when looking for a new recip. Keep up the great work! Oh! And Cattleman's is amazing! Never get rid of that stuff
