If I need a bbq product of any kind, the first place I look is atbbq. I have received excellent customer service a few occasions, and the product quality is consistently good… AND then there is Chef Tom!
I ordered an after-market grill grate holder for my Kamado Joe Classic III that did not fit their new cart. Otherwise, more generally, is seems that if an order is delayed for some reason, I am consistently notified and also offered additional choices for the shipment of my order.
