I never write reviews, but felt compelled to do so for ATBBQ. I was introduced to the site watching videos of Chef Tom on You Tube. I've learned more about BBQ from Chef Tom than any other source, and you can't help but be exposed to his tools when watching the videos. I started slowly by buying a few rubs, but have gradually purchased more and more things over time. I'm especially fond of the Cattleman rubs, as they don't seem to have any crappy additives and don't use a ton of sugar either. One day I'll finally be able to afford that YS640s, but until then, I'll make do continuing to learn Chef Tom's techniques and buying supplies from ATBBQ.
