My Yoder came in damaged during the shipping process. Customer service was good to try and make it right but still a hassle. Then I go to put my Yoder together and a bunch of the components aren’t even with the things that did get shipped. Once again, customer service trying to rectify it, but it still means I’m not using my smoker and it seems unprofessional to not have everything together when I’m spending this kind of money.
