Ordered the Ooni Pro 16 from ATB - it arrived very well packed (no dings or dents even though it was very heavy). I've already fired it up w/ mesquite charcoal & a couple of chunks of the Competition oak to burn off any possible manufacturing oils, etc. The pizza stones easily reached 950 F. I'll be using it tomorrow for a pepperoni pizza and a spicy honey leek pizza to break it in. To save time, I purchased 12 Napolese pizza dough balls from our favorite pizza restaurant in Miami & froze the dough which is ready to use.
