I absolutely love both your website and store. I share it with all my grilling/smoking enthusiast friends and have found so many wonderful recipes from Chef Tom. I currently use a Pitboss pellet smoker that was a gift from my wife but have my eye on the YS640S as my next upgrade, hopefully in the near future.
