The videos and recipes are fantastic, our orders always arrive quickly, and we couldn’t be happier. We were a couple of Portland food snobs who ate out nearly every meal. My mom got us a Big Green Egg for Christmas in 2019 (what timing, right?) Then we had a baby and moved to North Idaho. Thanks to Chef Tom we're still eating like kings and treating our new neighbors to some great bbq.
