In as far as customer service goes, I get instant updates on my orders and delivery status. The BBQ Delight pellets are the best pellets I've used in my Yoder YS640, bar none. Little to no dust and burns clean and hot due to the 50% oak mixture. I've learned quite a bit from the videos.
