I'm really looking forward to using the Holiday rubs/kits and in particular the Apple, Rosemary Sage Turkey brine. I've used it over the last 2-3 Thanksgivings and its a hit with everyone at our parties. Its simply delicious and if you dry out the skin of the Turkey in the refrigerator a few days before smoking it ads a bite through crispy crust that takes everything over the top. Can't wait and i'm ordering some today.
