I purchased the YS640 about a year ago and this grill will not disappoint! I have cooked everything from smoking ribs and butts to making pizzas and breakfast on this beast. I was always a charcoal guy before this purchase and will not go back. There is no comparison in how the food tastes and all of chef Toms recipes are spot on and always great!! I highly recommend
