I seriously got into bbq and smoking this past June. I find atbbq to be a top flight site with great products and information. I get a kick out of Chef Tom. He is captivating, informative (learned how to butterfly a pork loin), and motivational. The recipes are outstanding and the few we have tried - pineapple chicken skewers, Boston pork butt, pesto stuffed pork loin, baked chicken Alfredo - were delicious, did not disappoint.
I regularly follow newly introduced recipes and look forward to trying more of them, along with purchasing associated products.
Please give Chef Tom a BIG thumbs up and thanks for making it look so easy.
