First, Chef Tom is terrific. His explanations and demonstrations are easy to follow and have improved my repertoire of meals for the 20 plus folks I cook for every week. The meals get rave reviews. On a previous purchase, the fedx dudes trashed the package and managed to break a glass bottle of brine concentrate buried deep inside. I made a phone call to ATBBQ and chatted with a very kind and professional woman. Sorry, I don’t remember her name. Her response? “No problem. We’ll get another one right out to you.” And 2 days later, I had the product. Amazing customer service. All in all - terrific company. My only complaint? You’re too far away.
