I really like, and use the utube videos that Chef Tom and others produce. I use the recipes, follow the instructions, and buy the products. I smoked a 14# 4 bone standing rib roast on my Yoder 640S for Christmas and it was great. Could not, would not have even tried it without the video. Thank you! Question: Do you host client appreciation events? I live in Jenks, OK (suburb of Tulsa) and would eagerly drive to Wichita to watch a demonstration and share a meal and an evening with your chefs and staff. Thanks again! -Steve Care-
