All orders have shipped lightning-fast and accurately. I had an issue with an order where I ordered the wrong thing after it had already been boxed up. They pulled the package, swapped out the product and it shipped the next day. I am very impressed with the customer service, selection of products and awesome content(recipes/videos). I will continue to purchase my BBQ supplies from All Things Barbecue.
