First of all, rubs are great! Love them all. 2nd, the ease of ordering and product selection is fantastic. 3rd and most important of all, I was contacted shorty after ordering that an item was out of stock and ship time longer than expected. Asked if I wanted to wait or cancel, I waited and next day found out the complete order shipped! Also, they passed on my, “Tell Chef Tom ‘Jim from Bethlehem says Hi’”
