While I have been doing web orders for several years, I recently decided to purchase my Yoder Smoker from ATB and pick it up myself (family in Wichita). It could not have gone ANY better! Everyone from the salesperson in the store to the cashiers, to the men in the warehouse loading. EVERYONE was professional and full-on customer support.
I was very happy with my choice to drive 1000 miles to pick up my order and be supported by ATB staff. They should be very proud of their employees. Thank you
