Our overall experience was excellent! The original due date was scheduled when we weren't available, and Sarah was able to reschedule to accommodate us. There was a defect with a leg on one of the items of furniture. Within a couple of days, the team contacted Hannamint and arranged for the replacement to be shipped directly to us. Within 2 weeks of the original delivery, the replacement arrived and the issue was corrected. As an out-of-state online customer, we placed the order trusting all would go well... and it did. Their customer service is actually better than our local dealer. Sarah and Greta were excellent. Would purchase again without hesitation.
