Store pickup was extremely efficient and quick. Everything was loaded in less than 10 minutes. The sales floor in the store is very well layed out and plenty of awesome smokers to oogle over.
I did have to work with online customer service to plan a home delivery of an item that was on backorder. That CS rep was extremely responsive and knowledgable. Great service all around.
