I got the Cheyenne offset first 8 years ago and they didn't have the heat management plate and a few years later, I bought the offset Witchita that has the heat management plate. The best purchases I have made as there is no more moving the cuts of meat from one side to the other as the plate balances the inside temp perfect with a little tweak. Absolutely love that I found ATB
