Had an issue with delivery only received 1 of 2 packages 2 day before Thanksgiving. They did everything they could to make sure that FedEx was able to find my smoker and get it to me before Thanksgiving. Again thank for all your help. Most important they answer the phone.. no circle jerk with machines. The best buy all your BBQ needs from them
