We needed to replace the inner fan, and it came in less than a week. Once installed all seemed fine until we fired it up. Now the igniter wasn’t working. I called the customer service to troubleshoot and possibly order a new igniter. The guy was so helpful and told me I might just need to do a factory reset. He walked me through doing it, which took about two minutes. I fired it off and the igniter worked just fine…all while he stayed on the line. We have ordered accessories from ATB before, but this was our first issue with our Yoder. We are very happy to have this kind of support for a product. We love our Yoder and highly recommend ATB. I wish I remembered the name of the person I talked to today. He was very polite, patient and helpful.
