Great service. Have always had my questions answered fast along with my delivery’s. The only thing I keep having issues with is the wires on the ceramic igniter. They are such a thin gauge wire in a very high heat area. The one I ordered was replaced via warranty and after replacing fans this week I saw they were charred again. Soon they will rust or become brittle causing failure again. Thicker wires will prevent this or solid core wires not strand wires. A stainless mesh sheath would also help them last longer. I bbq a lot as a single father & disabled veteran I stand by this quality brand and will continue to shop as things are needed. Only regret is not buying a bigger grill. Thx for the support
