Overall GREAT experience. I had to call in a few times before making my purchase just to ask some questions and clarify what I wanted. The customer service rep was really good and patient. Once I made the order, I was updated on the shipping progress. When it arrived on the crate, I was expected to have to take the smoker and put it on the rolling cart but I was really surprised (AND HAPPY) that it was already on it! All I had to do was put in the grates and diffuser plate. Job well done!
