I recently purchased a Kamado Joe Kettle Joe which arrived with several damaged parts. I reached out to ATBBQ and the issue was resolved within an hour with a few back and forth emails. I had a brand new one at my door in less than a week.
The customer service was excellent and certainly the best I have received in a long time.
