ATBBQ has done an outstanding job. Customer service is top notch. Ordered Yoder 640s, a cover and the grilling kit. Didn't pay attention that kit comes with grill cover. Haley caught the error and messaged me to ask if it was intentional. They did a quick refund to my card. Shopping was quick with FedEx freight. Received the smoker today. It's a heavy box. Definitely a two person job. Opened the box ( follow the instructions on how to open the box). One part was slightly bent and would not fit correctly ( I was sucked because it is meticulously packaged). Messaged customer support late Friday afternoon, about 5 PM. Had an answer back in about 90 min saying Yoder would be shipping the part ASAP. Can't ask for better service...and I'm generally very critical of poor customer service. They did a top-notch job. Definite go with All Things Barbecue!
