Ordered grease pan liners for our Napolean gas grill as All Things BBQ fortunately had them in stock. Unfortunately, UPS didn’t bother to read the big red sticker on top say “Fragile, handle with care” and the box was pretty much crushed from every angle. I was pretty surprised there wasn’t a tire track on it. My wife called All Things BBQ and they said they would take care of it and send us replacements that are already on the way. Excellent customer service is rare these days and very happy with our purchase. I am just hoping UPS can not destroy another very well boxed item.
