Customer Service even answered me on a Sunday when I had a question. Same day service...in these days and times with other companies one doesn't usually get such a prompt and respectful response.
Another great service are the videos with Chef Tom. They are really informative and well done. Thanks to him, I am slowly building up my arsenal of rubs and spices! My next project is to cure pastrami with your curing bucket. What an ingenious way to keep meats below the marinade level! Kudos!!
