good products, good customer service. Just bought the new 3 tier rack for the YS640. Everything is stainless steel. The fit in the grill is very good. This allows for about 1/3 more ribs to be put in the smoker at any one time. Only complaint is the finish on the frame components. They are stamped out of stainless sheet metal or cut on a plasma table, then bent on a brake. They are very well made and fit together perfectly when assembled. That said, a little more time could be taken to buff or at least de-burr the cut edges as they were VERY SHARP. I hit all of these surfaces with a flap wheel sander before assembly and the problem was solved. If this is not done, someone could easily get a very nasty cut when handling it or even simply removing the parts from the box. Some folks just might not have access to the tools to do this themselves. It really should be handled before packaging.
