We purchased all the things we needed to make a delicious turkey for Thanksgiving. Lemon thyme turkey bath, Jacobson pure kosher salt, and Cattlemen's grill ranchero. It was the perfect combination for our turkeys. The brine and rub added a delicious flavor and the meat was so moist! The video for making the turkey on the YS640 was a great, help as well as the gravy video! Thanks!!
