I stumbled across ATBBQ back in 2016, immediately purchased a YS640 to be delivered to my house in Southwest Arkansas, listened to and learned from Chef Tom's videos on Youtube and have never looked back. I still use his advice and techniques to this day, I actually cooked 4 beef tenderloins today at work for our lunch, using his method and R Beef Rub as well......it was definitely a hit.
