We've brined and smoked our Thanksgiving turkey before, but we wanted to turn things up a notch this year. So I ordered the Holiday turkey kit and the brining bucket. Being able to easily keep the bird completely submerged made things easier, and the tips from the video were very successful. The end result was the juiciest, most tender, and most flavorful turkey we've ever had!
