Chef Tom is great. I appreciate his enthusiasm and skill. I have cooked so many of his recipes and enjoy every one of them (toned down heatwise slightly 😊). He has inspired me to try new things I never thought I'd like.
The online store is fabulous. The items come quickly and mostly in good condition. I've only had one order where bottles of sauce came smashed due to rough handling by the shipper. When I called, there was no hassle, no fuss...I received new products right away. Great service.
