I am a lifelong outdoor cook. In the past five years or so I've discovered YouTube as a source of learning how to be a better outdoor cook and discovering recipes and tools that make cooking outdoors more fun and the results taste better. ATTBQ and its YouTube channel have been one of the major sources of learning and quality products.
Like any relationship, there are ups and downs. Overall I've learned a lot from Tom Jackson's recipes and techniques and I've liked the hardware and food items I've purchased. I know that the YouTube channel is at its core a marketing vehicle for ATBBQ, but if I could offer a constructive criticism I would suggest that they let Tom dial back on hawking branded items so strongly and just focus on the recipe.
