Prior to placing my order, the staff quickly answered my questions, provided the answer, and made logical suggestions/recommendations. During the ordering process I had a problem adding an item to my cart. Again I received quick and courteous response, that resolved my issue. They shipped the order out within the timeframe that was stated on the site.
