I recently placed an order for several rubs and sauces. One of the rub bottles had the seal broken and contents was leaking out. The whole 10.4 oz. bottle was brick hard. When I informed ATBBQ, their response was that it was common for moisture to get trapped in the bottle and cause this. I was told to use a spoon to break it up in which I have no problem on a bottle that was sealed. My complaint is that the seal was broken and I deem the contents not safe to consume. I have ordered dozens of rubs from ATBBQ and others on the web. This was the first bottle I received that the seal was broken. I am sure that if I had pulled this off of a shelf at a local market and showed the staff, they would have replaced it. I just placed an order from another vendor. I don't appreciate that kind of service.
