Was introduced to ATBBQ and Chef Tom years ago and have made countless recipes from the site. After purchasing my Yoder YS640S pellet smoker in April, I am pushing 40 cooks ready. Never have I used a grill for so many things besides smoking to include direct and indirect cooking. Searing is amazing and cooking sides as well go seamlessly. I have recently been buying other items such as your amazing meat injector and rubs. Will be a long-term relationship for sure!
