I’m about a year into owning my Yoder and it’s absolutely been awesome. Chef Tom’s recipes and videos are great. His recommendations for rubs, brines and tools are always spot on, and ATBBQ is a one stop shop for all of it. Everything we pull off my YS640 is next level.
