I'm new to smoking meat. I found Chef Tom on YouTube. What a find. Great information to help me smoke my first pork shoulder. It came out so goood. Great information about injecting brine into the meat. I ordered some brine solutions, rubs, and a thermometer. All arrived quickly and are good quality. I've relied on Tom's recipes. Especially liked the tahini chicken tender glaze.
