All I can really say is that all my future business is going to be with ATB and their great products. My 1st go around with ATB was a little disheartening as my product arrived damaged by no fault of ATB. I called them and was told they would send a replacement right out again, but it never arrived. I then received a survey such as this and proceeded to review my disappointment with the process( though not surprised in this day and age). I think within 24 hours of my review I was personally contacted by an email from Aaron following up with respect to my poor review. I explained what happened, he then explained that the item that was damaged was now out of stock and offered me a multitude of options. We settled on a personal suggestion of Aaron's and I received it within 4 days and I am quite happy with his choice. Folks... I must say , when a company reads their reviews and cares enough to go the extra mile to rectify, the Customer will always win. All my business in the future will be with ATB and their great products. I might just add to this by saying this item was not a big ticket item but they treated my order as if it were a $1000 +.
