From the first time I walked (rolled in my wheelchair in 2010 ) into their store and talked to Kathy about a smoker, until now; I have found the employees knowledgeable and helpful. My YS640 smoker is an integral part of family meals, and frankly couldn't be without it. We use our smoker 12 months a year, even here in Kansas.
