Great company, customer service is awesome they always help when u call with a problem they go out of their way to help. The products they sell are right on the money. From ys640 to knives n dry rubs. The only thing I can think of that they could change would be there shipping policy some times its a bit much. Chef Tom i try most of his recipes he's not much on answering when u send him a message but his videos are great
