All Things Barbecue has become a go-to BBQ goods source for me over the last 2 years. The store has grown quite significantly in their variety and diversity of goods. The key in my opinion has been Chef Tom, and his new beautiful assistant (Brit I believe? If that’s your wife, good job Tom👍🏼). I have picked up so many tricks and efficiencies from Tom’s videos. I’m a bit of a pit aficionado, and I would love to see more offset BBQin vs. pellet videos, but I’m old fashioned about great stick burners and their meat products. Tom’s videos are just the right amount of production and “in the weeds” type instruction, straight to the point and not a lot of fluff. I have reproduced many many home runs for friends and family duplicating Tom’s recipe videos. Even my small children know who Chef Tom is, with many jokes to follow, due to daddy’s religious watching and rewatching of recipes. It would be great to make a video together with Tom, two bearded pit masters(I have a huge full beard down to my....belt). Keep up the good work!!! I’m waiting for my call up to share and learn on site:)
