I'll start off by saying I enjoy shopping on line at ATBBQ and the Chef Tom videos are great! I enjoy my Yoder YS640 very much. My last order was missing an item. I called the store, and all matters where taken care of, missing product was shipped out quickly. Very much appreciated! Your customer service is great! I'm not blaming anyone on this issue, I'm sure the store/shipping department is working very hard through this Covid-19 virus issue. I appreciate that the fact that I was able to order items on-line, and then get in touch with a person when I had an issue. Customer service is what separates the leaders from the pack!
