My experience has been though their online shop. I’ve placed several orders, once my order is placed it’s processed quickly and arrives within the estimated time. They take great care with how they package items to protect it during shipping, especial glass. Their staff replies to e-mail questions very promptly, even during the busy holiday season. I love The Sauce series, it really helped inspire me to start my bbq/smoking journey. I may not have the best pit but the tips and recipes I’ve picked up have my little Pit Boss grilling/smoking like a pro. One day when able I’ll order my Yoder from atbbq Keep up the great work! Mike
