I've been buying products from you guys for many years, and your customer service has allways been top notch. When i bought my ys640 from you guys after several cookings I was smoking several meats for the holiday gathering and my fire went out and couldn't get it going. It was around 6:30 pm, Icalled the store hoping to reach somebody and thank goodness I got Dave and he dropped what he was doing to come and fix my smoker and got me going. So I'm happy to say that I'll allways think your team is great.
