Really pleasant experience. Good pricing. Would like to see more videos on the youtube channel about the products on the site, like what rubs for what recipes, etc. I ordered the Shun 8” Kiritsuke but customer service said you guys didn’t carry a sheath/guard that fits it, so I had to go order one on amazon. Overall, I’m satisfied and will order again.
