I wish I knew about you guy's years ago. Hope to purchase a YS640 soon. I have not seen what actually comes with it like do they now come with the counter weight bumbers ,does it come with two probes for the meat. Does the lid thermometer come or is that extra. Do the new ones come with the new drip pan access door for open grilling. how much for shipping to Knoxville, TN. Chef Tom is the best.
