Customer service is great , the products they sell are also great . The only problem I've found with the company is they really need to do something about shipping charges. Prices are good but shipping kills it .All other companies find a way to ship without killing customers. I can only speak for myself but if I'm buying something n price is comparable to other places but shipping brings price up 15.00 to 200.00 n others ship free thats a deal breaker. I'd much rather give them all my business but I have to watch where money goes.
